Trastor targets €1bn portfolio as Orilina buys Athens serviced flats

Listed property company Trastor aims to build a portfolio worth more than €1 billion by the end of 2027, it was reported on 30 September 2026. About €110 million remains to be invested from a €150 million share capital increase in May.

Trastor’s recent deals

Trastor has bought three properties in central Athens for €38.65 million in total and sold two in Maroussi for €17.6 million. Chief executive Tassos Kazinos said the company is close to agreeing a significant logistics deal.

Serviced apartments enter the mix

On 22 September 2026, Orilina Properties bought a serviced apartment building at Geraneiou 30 in Athens for €6.93 million. Its 30 units are leased to operator Limehome. The company described the deal as its entry into this asset class.

What it means for buyers

In central Athens, listed companies are still buying whole buildings, including for serviced-apartment use. These are commercial deals, so they say little directly about prices for individual flats.

What happens next

Trastor has not yet named the logistics deal it says is close.
