Who is responsible
GreekProps is published by AtalosWeb, Grigoriou Lampraki 16, Glyfada, Athens, Greece. Email: info@atalosweb.com. AtalosWeb is the data controller for this website.
What we collect and why
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address (and your name, if you give it) to send you the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.
- Contact messages: if you email us or use a form, we use your details only to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
- Enquiries passed to Atalos Estate: if you use a form that asks to be contacted by Atalos Estate, your details are sent to Atalos Estate, our sister company, only for that purpose. Legal basis: your request.
- Analytics: with your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand which pages are read. This data is aggregated.
- Comments and spam protection: if comments are open, we store the name, email and IP address you submit, and check them with an anti-spam service.

Who we share data with
We use service providers to run the site: web hosting, email delivery, newsletter software, analytics and anti-spam services. They process data on our behalf and under contract. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep data
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact messages: up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Analytics data: according to the retention setting of the analytics service, at most 14 months.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@atalosweb.com. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
